Ficus Benjamina Weeping Fig Tree
Ficus Benjamina is an easy tree type houseplant to help add a tall element to a room. Small glossy green leaves slightly weep over a pretty gray trunk. These are perfect for corners of a room or flanking a doorway for a formal look. Plants may easily be shaped for topiary purposes.
Plant in well-draining, good potting soil. Plants prefer bright, indirect light, with no direct sun. Fertilize plants when they are actively growing, usually April through August, following fertilizer manufacturer’s directions. Water consistently, keeping plants evenly moist, don’t let them dry out for too long. If the plant starts to lose leaves it’s probably not getting enough water. Plants will require less water during fall and winter months.
8″ Pot.
