After flowering has commenced large heart shaped green leaves dangle along the stems, adding movement to the canopy. Attractive seed pods appear in summer that can be used in mixed arrangements.
Growing 15-30′ tall and wide, the Easern Redbud tree is a perfect choice for a mid-sized tree in the front of a house, as shade for a patio or an accent in a garden.
