Achillea – New Vintage Rose Yarrow
A vast improvement over older varieties, this fantastic Achillea, New Vintage Rose Yarrow, brings deep rose pink flowers that mature to attractive shades of pink instead of fading to brown like other selections. With excellent rebloom and a tidy, tight habit, it is superior for containers and the garden. Flowers appear over a long time from late spring into fall.
Yarrow, Achillea, are easy to grow plants that thrive in high heat and humidity. They are deer resistant. Butterflies, hummingbirds and other pollinators adore their nectar. Yarrow makes beautiful cut fresh flower and dried flower bouquets.
Plant in full sun. Although tolerant of many soils and drought, for best results plant in soil that has been amended with compost and give deep soakings.
