Salvia Wendy’s Wish, Sage
Vibrant magenta flowers bloom all summer on Wendy’s Wish Sage, Salvia. Growing into a small bush in one growing season, Wendy’s Wish makes a perfect centerpiece in a container or the garden. The large bright pink tubes are highly attractive for hummingbirds and butterflies. Its showy stems look fabulous in mixed summer bouquets. This deer and rabbit resistant annual thrives in hot summers.
Use Wendy’s Wish in center of pots as the “thriller,” in the landscape, or as a specimen pot plant. Plant in cutting, cottage, pollinator, hummingbird and butterfly gardens.
Plant in full sun. For best results keep well watered and fertilize with an all purpose fertilizer.
