Phlox – Bedazzled Pink Creeping Phlox
It’s easy to see how this gem got its name when Bedazzled Pink Phlox explodes into bloom come mid-spring. Like a party for your garden, it produces brilliant pink star-shaped notched flowers with a small, dark purple eye. The flowers completely cover the carpet of foliage. It will soon become one of your spring favorites for your garden.
It make an ideal evergreen ground cover or edger in cottage gardens and formal beds. Creeping phlox is a versatile, easy-to-grow ground cover for full sun. Good drainage is essential. It’s a good idea to shear this plant back just after it’s finished blooming. This will produce denser foliage and will encourage it to rebloom. Divisions can be made every few years in summer.
Plant in full sun to light shade in well-draining soil.
