Papaver Brilliant, Oriental Poppy
A long time favorite with smoking hot red crepe paper like blooms that top wiry stems. It huge 4-5″ flowers shine with their satiny texture. In the center of each flower a large velvety back seed capsule is surrounded by dark purple stamens. Plants go dormant after blooming. Attracts hummingbirds.
