You’ll enjoy armloads of intensely fragrant lavender wands from early summer into fall with Aromatico Blue Improved Lavender, Lavandula. Growing 14-20″ tall makes it a great size for edging walkways and gardens, the perfect spots for your garden visitors to enjoy its heady perfume. With more consistent and earlier flowering, it brings vastly improved qualities. Deep violet-blue spikes top silvery-green mounded plants with a vigorous branching habit.
A versatile, undemanding perennial or small shrub, Lavender looks gorgeous in containers, and in perennial, pollinator, and rock gardens. A pollinator favorite. Deer and bunny resistant, and repels mosquitoes.
Plant Lavender in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil. Good drainage is a must for Lavender. Cut spent flowers to encourage more blooms.
