Incarvillea delavayi – Hardy Gloxinia
SKU: n/a.An old-fashioned favorite, Hardy Gloxinia features huge clusters of deep rose-pink trumpet-shaped flowers with yellow throats. The charming flowers appear on tall stems atop attractive mounds of foliage. It has a neat habit and brings a big splash of color in mid to late summer. Use in flower beds as a striking specimen.
Growing instructions: Hardy Gloxinia prefers a part shade location, ideally, morning sun with a break from the hot afternoon sun. Its long tap root makes moving the plant difficult. Removing spent flowers will encourage more blossoms.
