Add brilliant silver to your garden and containers with Silver Swirl Snowflake Dusty Miller, Centaurea. Its wavy, unique leaves create a gorgeous mound that sets off everything around it—a dazzler for sure and so easy to grow.
This award winner is similar to the old-fashioned Dusty Miller but with improvements. Besides its great looks, it offers better winter hardiness than others and may act like a perennial and return in zone 6b and above. We consider it an annual, good for one season. It looks fantastic in containers, perennial borders, and cottage gardens. Makes a superior edger. Its thick leaves add a wonderful element to cut flower arrangements.
Growing instructions: Plant in full sun in soil that drains well. Easy to grow and drought tolerant once established.
