Zinnia State Fair Tall Mix
The classic adored by floral designers, State Fair Tall Zinnia brings large flowers in a magnificent rainbow of colors on tall stems. Colors include bright scarlet, gold, lavender, purple, orange, pink, red and yellow. Its tall stems can grow 2-4′ tall. State Fair Zinnia makes a spectacular display in the garden, in large containers, and in the vase. An exuberant bloomer, the blossoms just keep coming and coming for an endless supply of cut flowers.
A tetraploid mix has double the chromosomes as others. Tetraploids usually have larger, more colorful flowers and are more resistant to powdery mildew. State Fair Tall Zinnia attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and other pollinators.
Growing instructions: Plant in full sun. When planting, amend the soil with compost and add a starter fertilizer like Biotone Starter Plus. For maximum flowers fertilize and keep well watered.
