Weigela Wine & Roses
Add a touch of romance to the garden with Wine and Roses Weigela. Bright pink flowers cover deep wine red, almost black, foliage in spring. This award-winning shrub looks wonderful planted in hedges or mixed into perennial gardens.
Plant Weigela in sunny spots in moist, well-drained soils. It can tolerate some light shade, but for best flower production, plant in full sun. Attractive to hummingbirds and disliked by deer and rabbits.
