Rose Drift Apricot Ground Cover Rose
With its hoards of romantic apricot-pink flowers, Apricot Drift Ground Cover Rose enchants everyone that happens across this petite Rose. Masses of the multi-petaled flowers bloom on and off for the entire growing season beginning in May. This rugged Rose needs little to no maintenance once established. Bred to be a true Ground Cover Rose, Apricot Drift grows about 18″ tall and up to 3′ wide. Perfect for mass plantings, the front of a border, or trailing over a retaining wall. This easy-care and beautiful Rose is perfect in just about every sunny garden. Also, a choice plant to help with erosion issues.
DRIFT ROSES are a cross between full-size Ground Cover Roses and Miniature Roses. They kept toughness, disease resistance, and winter hardiness from the former. From the miniatures, they inherited their well-managed size and repeat-blooming nature.
Plant in full sun in soil that has been amended with compost. Add a starter fertilizer, such as Espoma Biotone, when planting to get your Rose off to a fast start. Fertilizing will produce more flowers; we use Rose Tone Organic. For maximum flower production, keep well watered.
