Growing about 10′ tall but only 2′ wide, Fine Line Buckthorn forms a shaggy totem perfect for narrow hedges and interesting accents. Long narrow green foliage creates a soft, almost feather-like texture. In fall foliage turns golden yellow before dropping. Twiggy stems look like an ornate sculpture, adding winter interest. This very tough shrub may be used as an architecturally interesting accent or massed into a living wall. Its narrow size and extreme cold hardiness also make it ideal for container plantings.
