Picea Procumbens – Ground Cover Blue Spruce
Looking like cresting waves on a sea of blue, Picea Procumbens, Ground Cover Blue Spruce adds a flare of drama to the garden. Its powder blue needles and spreading habit are ideal along slopes, trailing over walls or used anywhere a tough and special ground cover is needed.
Plant in full sun in well-drained soil that has been amended with organic matter. Tolerant of dry conditions once established. Fertilizing will encourage new growth. If grown in containers, use a good potting soil and fertilize following manufacturer’s instructions.
