Phlox – Flame Red

For delightful bouquets of fragrant, ruby red blossoms, try Flame Red Phlox. Hugh flower clusters made up of the prettiest petals of red top 15-18” plants. Far superior to others in its class, it excels with its great disease resistance and extremely long blooming. Its beautiful flowers appear in summer. Excellent for the garden, as a fragrant cut flower, or as a lovely container plant. Butterflies and other pollinators love it as much as humans.
Plant in full sun to light shade in soil that has been amended with organic matter. Keep well watered, especially when plants are blooming and setting up buds. For best results, apply an all-purpose fertilizer following the manufacturer’s instructions.
