Mushroom Compost is ideal for amending clay soils.
Just Natural Organic Mushroom Compost is perfect for all planting beds and top-dressing lawns. The rich, composted components help to loosen and aerate heavy soils while helping sandy soils retain moisture.

Directions: When planting, mix 2 to 3 inches of compost with your topsoil. Mushroom compost makes a fantastic mulch. Simply lay down 1 to 2 inches of compost around your plants to do this.
