Ilex – Monarch Holly
SKU: n/a.Enjoy dense coverage with interesting foliage on Monarch Holy, Ilex. Large leaves with wavy and pointy edges form into a beautiful upright pyramidal tree. Mature sizes reaches of 15 to 20 feet tall and 8 to 12 feet wide. Makes a beautiful specimen plant. Does not produce berries.
Plant Monarch Holly in full sun to part shade in moist well-drained soil. Prefers acidic soil, use fertilizer for acid-loving plants, like Holly-Tone. Keep well watered for the first few years of life to ensure your Holly has the best root system it can have – including the winter.
