Heuchera – Lemon Love Coral Bell
A tough, vigorous variety, Lemon Love Coral Bell, Heuchera, brightens the garden with its light chartreuse-yellow foliage. Its lightly ruffled leaves adds even more charm to gardens and containers. One of the larger Coral Bells, mature plants will grow to 3′ wide. Creamy white flowers on wiry stems appear above the mound of foliage in early summer. Hummingbirds and butterflies enjoy its nectar. Deer leave it alone.
A garden designer’s favorite, Coral Bells’ superior mounded form and striking evergreen leaves makes them ideal for containers and edging, or for neat and tidy designs. Coral Bells need little maintenance. Coral Bells prefer morning sun and afternoon shade.
Plant in part shade in well draining soil. Although drought tolerant, plants benefit from good soakings especially during dry spells.
