Diospyros virginiana – American Persimmon
SKU: n/a.With unique bark, pretty fall color, and edible fruit, the American Persimmon, Diospyros virginiana, delights with a trifecta of merit. This medium sized tree is perfect for shading patios, yards or gardens. Fragrant white flowers appear in spring, followed by fruit on female trees. Fruit ripens late fall and can be eaten off the tree or made in jams and jellies. Male plants will not produce fruit, while female ones will. Cannot guarantee sex of tree.

- In stock items are ready for pickup two hours after placing an order before 2 pm
- Orders for stock items placed after 2 pm are ready by 11 am the next day
