Coreopsis – Uptick Gold and Bronze Tickseed
A top-performing Tickseed, Coreopsis, Uptick Gold and Bronze, boasts larger flowers and a longer blooming time than others. Wave after wave of golden yellow flowers with bronze-red centers appear for months. Thanks to its tidy, mounded habit, it looks great in the garden all summer. A low-maintenance and disease-resistant variety. A member of the outstanding Uptick series of Coreopsis, this group was bred for long blooming and neat habits.
This naturally compact cultivar is a fantastic plant that can take the place of annuals in gardens and containers. It is ideal for container gardening, rock gardens, and the front of the border. Uptick Gold and Bronze Coreopsis makes a weed-smothering ground cover for small areas and looks fantastic in large drifts. Fabulous in containers, Gold and Bronze Coreopsis colors bring excitement, creating memorable pots mixed with other colorful plants or on its own.
Plant in full sun and well-draining soil. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for a balanced garden fertilizer. Fertilize for the last time of the year 30 days before the last expected frost.
