Azalea Girard’s Karen
Delightful hot lavender-pink flowers cover this almost completely Girdard’s Karen Azalea. In April masses of intense flowers enrobe the small evergreen shrub, creating a stunning show in the shady garden. Drought tolerant once established, excellent planted around trees or in neglected areas.
Disease resistant evergreen foliage makes Azaleas great for front of the yard plantings, formal gardens or woodland settings.
Plant in shade to part shade in acidic well-drained soils. For best blooming, keep well watered, especially when shrubs are setting up buds and blooming.
