WELCOME to Sugar Creek Gardens Online Shop Ordering Instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not ship plants. All orders must be picked up at the nursery. For information on delivery in the St. Louis area email us at sugarcreekgardens@gmail.com
We offer many different plants and products for sale online and at the nursery. However, only select items are available for online ordering. To see the items available for online ordering, click the “ORDER + PICKUP” button at the top of the product pages.
To order online:
- Add items to your cart.
- Checkout using a credit card or gift certificate.
- Visit the store to pick up in-stock items.
- Preorder items will be available on the date noted on the item’s page. Because plant growth depends on the weather, the available date is approximate and may change. We will notify you about date changes as they become available. We will only fill complete orders unless there are significant discrepancies on ready dates; then, we may split your order.
- Items in stock at the nursery will be ready within two hours of ordering if the order was placed before 2 p.m. After 2 p.m., orders will be ready by 11 a.m. the following day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you will have one week to pick it up. Items not picked up in time will be restocked, and a refund will be issued to the purchaser’s credit card.
Important pickup and delivery information:
- Orders may be picked up in the nursery or curbside. If you would like curbside pickup, email us at sugarcreekgardens@gmail.com.
- For delivery inquiries in the St. Louis area, email us at sugarcreekgardens@gmail.com for rates. Prices vary depending on delivery location and amount and weight of material.
We do not ship plants.
