Salvia – Moulin Rouge Sage
Moulin Rouge Sage, Saliva, gives us the oh la la! This fashionista brings cutting-edge beauty with its big, bold blooms. Moulin Rouge Salvia has incredible dark, deep rose buds that burst open to huge rosy pink flowers. You can expect a magnificent floral display in late spring and early summer. Its Salvia pratensis parents have given it its excellent garden performance.
It is a long-lived perennial that is very easy to grow. It is deer and rabbit-resistant and excellent for cutting. It is a fantastic plant for flower beds, cutting, cottage, and pollinator gardens. It is spectacular in mass plantings.
Plant in full sun to light shade and well-drained soil. Although drought tolerant, for best blooming, keep consistently watered.
