Lemongrass Herb
A multi-purpose herb, Lemongrass thrives in St. Louis summers. It adds a sweet and sour citrusy flavor that’s popular in Asian dishes. Lemongrass is also the main ingredient in Citronella candles. Use Lemongrass to add punchy lemony flavors to food and drink or as a mosquito repellent.
Plant Lemongrass in sun to part sun. A quick-growing annual herb will grow to a large mound in one season.
