A whole bouquet in one stalk, Snowflake Oakleaf Hydrangea creates bountiful displays. Its large plump panicles bloom in late spring on sturdy stems and can grow to a whopping 12-15″ in length. Flowers have a lovely scent and are attractive to bees and other pollinators. Flowers dry dusty pink and persist on the shrub for months. Large oak leaf shaped leaves create a dense showy shrub even when not blooming. In fall leaves turn brilliant shades of purple, russet and crimson. Winter exposes exfoliated bark and its interesting form.
