Rudbeckia Cherokee Sunset Black-Eyed Susan in 12″ Decorative Pot
Major Award Winner
The Cherokee Sunset Black Eyed Susan collection, Rudbeckia, is a group of plants cultivated from seed. These outstanding plants can be either single or doubles, yellow, orange, bronze, mahogany or shades of these. Their parents are outstanding, and they all exhibit the best qualities of their parents. They’re kind of like a box of chocolates, you’re not sure what you’re going to get, but you know you are going to get something good!
Gargantuan flowers up to 4 1/2″ across are gorgeous in the summer and fall garden. They grow 24-30″ tall. Although we list this as annuals there’s a good chance they will come back as a perennial or will reseed. Plant more than one to get an assortment of colors.
Plant in full sun.
All American Selections, AAS, is an independent, nonprofit organization that tests new varieties and introduces what it considers to be the best garden performers as AAS winners. AAS winners have proven themselves exceptional varieties over a broad range of growing conditions.
