Phlox subulata, Creeping Phlox
Old time favorites, Creeping Phlox, Phlox subulata, flowers burst into bloom in early spring with colorful blossoms that will completely smother its evergreen foliage. Colors include pink, purple, red, white and blue. Some are two toned with colorful centers. Plants grow in low 2-6″ evergreen mounds. Plants make outstanding ground covers, that look great all year. Very easy to grow in sun to part shade. Drought tolerant.
