Phlox – Opening Act Pinka Dot Garden Phlox
For months of fragrant, adorable blossoms try Pinka Dot Phlox. Hugh flower clusters made up of the prettiest petals of soft white with a pink polka dot center appear in summer. Very disease resistant and extremely long blooming. Part of the Opening Act Series of Phlox that were bred to bloom earlier and longer than others, and for great disease resistant.
Polka Dot Phlox makes an excellent container plant. It excels in the garden and as a fragrant cut flower. A vigorous and long-lived perennial.
Plant in full sun to light shade in soil that has been amended with organic matter. Keep well watered, especially when plants are blooming and setting up buds. For best results apply an all-purpose fertilizer following manufacturer’s instructions. Sheer plants back to about 8″ for rebloom.
