50-150 Magnificent flowers per stem!

This extraordinary Lily features huge flowers of dark crimson edged with narrow white margins. Its curled petals set the stage for its royal green star center and huge anthers. Its long lasting flowers are wonderfully fragrant, perfuming the whole garden, and the home when cut.

Use Black Beauty in perennial beds, cut flower, cottage, butterfly and hummingbird gardens. It makes magnificent a specimen in the garden and in containers. Tough and long-lived, many have described Black Beauty as being “indestructible.”

These lilies should not be confused with Daylilies, Hemerocallis. This lily is a cross between Lilium henryi and Lilium speciosum.

Plant in full sun to partial shade. Plant 4-6″ deep, 12″ apart.
