A popular Iris, Sweet Iris, Iris pallida Albo Variegata, delights us with sweetly fragrant, pale lavender blue flowers with yellow throats. The flowers appear high above the foliage on tall scapes. Its exceptional sword-like leaf blades emerge in spring with creamy yellow margins that fade to ivory as the season progresses.
