Hemerocallis – Inkheart Reblooming Daylily
SKU: n/a.Bring heartfelt drama to your garden with the vibrant Inkheart Reblooming Daylily, Hemerocallis. One look and you’ll see why it got its name. Each creamy yellow flower has a crisp, dark purple eye (or “heart”) with a matching picotee edge. As a bonus, this is a rebloomer so you can enjoy these spirited flowers well into late summer.
Compared to Other Daylilies Inkheart
- Late Midseason Bloomer, blooming in late July.
- Rebloomer, producing a second set of flowers.
- Fragrant flowers.
- Dormant foliage.
- Tetraploid with 44 chromosomes, twice as many as Diploids. Tetraploids tend to be bigger, stronger plants.
Use Inkheart Reblooming Daylily in perennial beds, cottage, and pollinator gardens or as a showy specimen plant. Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot, including polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
Plant in full sun to part shade. Although drought tolerant, keep well watered for repeat flowering.
