Geranium Perfect Storm Hardy Geranium
Perfect Storm Hardy Geranium features striking magenta-pink flowers with a black center and black veins. The flowers will cover these low, spreading plants from late spring into midsummer. Its velvety grey-green foliage provides the perfect backdrop for the brilliant blooms. This perfect combination of incredible flowers and foliage creates a memorable sight.
Perfect Storm Hardy Geranium makes a wonderful filler plant for any landscape, either residential or commercial. It blends beautifully with most other perennials and offerd continuous color throughout the summer months. Use it in cottage, pollinator, or perennial gardens.
Easy to grow, it thrives in part shade or sun, tolerates all our tough Midwest weather, and is pest free. It has great weed smothering foliage, and is long-lived and not fussy. It is not bothered by pests, deer or bunnies. Don’t confuse Hardy Geraniums with the annual Geraniums, they share a name but that’s all. Hardy Geraniums are top choice perennials that are long-lived.
Plant in soil that has been amended with organic matter in full sun, or part shade. Although drought tolerant, for best blooming keep consistently watered especially when plants are setting up buds and blooming.
