Buxus – Shadow Sentry Boxwood
SKU: n/a.$54.99
Add some height to the garden with Shadow Sentry Boxwood. This moderate-growing, cone-shaped Boxwood will reach about 8′ tall and 3′ wide. Great for formal gardens, focal points, or as a privacy hedge.
Growing instructions: Plant in full sun to shade. When planting, amend the soil with compost. Plant slightly higher than the soil level of the container and apply 1-2″ of mulch to help retain moisture. Boxwoods prefer slightly acidic to neutral soil. Prune if a particular shape is desired or to remove any winter tip burn or other damage. Boxwoods may be pruned after spring frost danger has passed, typically around mid-April in St. Louis. Keep well watered when establishing the plant.
