Buxus Little Missy Dwarf Boxwood

One of the smallest Boxwoods available Little Missy, Buxus, looks gorgeous and stays in place. Glossy green foliage that holds its color well into winter slowly grows to a 30″ tall mound. Its great shape, small stature, and extreme resistance to Boxwood blight give Little Missy top makes in every comparison trial of Boxwoods around the country. Use Little Missy Boxwood for small evergreen accents, a low hedge, or foundation plantings, or place in a container for a classic decoration around a door or patio.
Plant Boxwood in sun to shade. Will grow much slower in shady locations. When planting add compost and a starter fertilizer. Top dress with mulch to keep roots cool and help retain water. Keep plants well-watered through the heat of the summer.
Prune Boxwoods back after frost danger has passed, around the middle of April.
