Aeonium – Zwartkop Black Rose Aeonium
Dark fleshy leaves surround light green centers on Zwartkop Black Rose Aeonium. As this succulent matures stems can grow up to over 1′ tall with the dark foliage at the tips looking like black roses perfect for cutting. Foliage becomes glossier and darker as the plant matures in full sun.
Pet safe houseplant – non-toxic for cats, dogs and other pets.
Plant in well drained potting soils. Place in full sun in a bright windowsill facing south or west. In summer when outdoors water once a week, as the weather cools down reduce watering to bi-monthly. Don’t leave in temperatures that lower than 40 degrees, if growing as a houseplant.
