Phlox Peacock White

Phlox Peacock White, Tall Garden Phlox

By far the best white Garden Phlox available, Peacock White Phlox even tops the beloved David. Bred for its prolific, huge white flowers, tidy, compact size, disease resistance and heat tolerance. An exceptionally long bloomer, you can expect armloads of sweetly scented clusters of pristine white flowers for months. Compared to David, its brighter, whiter, more fragrant, more disease resistant with a higher percentage of re-blooming when spent flowers are cut back.

Pruning instructions: Deadheading the spent flowers will encourage the plants to rebloom. When deadheading or taking blossoms for arrangements cut the top 1/3 of the plant off. Cutting back causes new but smaller blossoms to shoot out from side buds.
